About this role
Role Overview
Knowledge center for strategic customers, responsible for customer strategy execution
Establish and maintain long-term and reliable customer relationships
Organize customer events like roadshows and tech days
Coordinate and manage customer terms review across business divisions
Act as a scout for customer intelligence information
Conduct long-term business planning for strategic C/N-OEMs
Lead vehicle planning throughout the Brose planning process
Lead overarching claim negotiations with critical customers claims
Quarterly review on C/N-OEM remapping for strategic customers
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years' experience in automotive industry
Minimum 5 years with Sales and/or Marketing
Up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to interface at all relevant levels of customer organization
Flexibility to handle a wide variety of activities
Independent and self-motivated
Team player
Ability to work in multi-cultural / multi-disciplinary environment
Acts entrepreneurially, with strong business sense
