Provide administrative finance support for up to three hotels in the group and act as the main contact for the respective hotel managers
Own finance and controlling topics from analysis through implementation and serve as the primary contact for your clients
Lead coordination with our external service providers (e.g., accounting firms, tax advisors, IT/system vendors)
Handle accounting tasks (preparation including all cash operations and other information systems, and post-processing including supporting account reconciliations) as well as invoice management and payment processing
Support monthly and annual closings as well as budgets, forecasts and reporting, ensuring the quality and transparency of our financials
Take on additional projects to further develop processes, structures and working methods in the finance area, while keeping our growth and operational realities in mind

Several years of professional experience in finance within the hotel/hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of management accounting and good knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, controlling and inventory/merchandise management
Proficient with accounting systems and passionate about Excel and digital ways of working
Solution-oriented, proactive, and eager to actively shape the finance function
Structured and analytical, able to keep an overview even on complex topics
Communicates clearly, pragmatically and on an equal footing — internally and externally
Business-fluent in German and English
