About this role

Responsible for volume growth of Engineering Thermoplastics products in the Healthcare Segment
Build customers intimacy by facilitating executive sponsorship and leveraging multiple customer’s facing touch points
Execute commercial contracts with Brand Owners to establish price and volume commitments
Understand and support SABIC regional sales or distribution sales teams
Work with SABIC Marketing Development Specialist to build new application opportunity pipeline
Lead collaborative initiatives via internal cross-functional teams to drive portfolio innovation

B.S. Degree, Master’s or higher in technical field (Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)
Minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing/sales/business or technical relevant role
Experience in the Healthcare industry required
Experience in the Plastics industry required
Entrepreneurial with a passion for getting results
Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence, lead in a matrix environment
Fluent in English
Ability to travel 25-40% within North America
