Own motion assets end to end from concept through final delivery, including ideation, design, animation, editing, and finishing
Create emotionally compelling, performance-driven motion content designed to capture attention, drive engagement, and convert audiences across paid and organic channels
Independently build high-impact social creative optimized for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, following each platforms creative best practices
Translate performance insights into creative decisions, iterating based on hook performance, retention, and conversion signals
Balance brand storytelling and performance rigor, delivering work that is both emotionally resonant and results-driven
Partner with creative and performance leads, but maintain clear ownership over execution and quality of motion outputs
Test and optimize motion assets based on campaign performance data
Requirements
Portfolio demonstrating independent, end-to-end ownership of motion assets required
Proven experience concepting and executing motion design A to Z, not solely animating, editing, or optimizing assets created by others
Demonstrated ability to create emotionally engaging, high-impact social content that performs in paid and organic environments
Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual hierarchy across short-form platforms
Experience working in performance marketing or growth-focused creative environments, in-house or agency
