About this role
Role Overview
- Work with Account Directors aligned with sales goals to manage client relationships
- Facilitate bid process by qualifying RFP’s and writing proposals
- Develop pricing for clients and keep CRM tool updated with delivered bids
- Develop, expand and leverage client relationships focusing on revenue growth
- Assist Client Services Team during project delivery
- Assist in presentations and other sales activities as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Inbound sales/call center)
- Excellent German and English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer focus (previous experience in customer service is desirable)
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through account expansion strategies
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success
