Proactively contacting customers and leads for sales purposes, including previous customers and individuals who have shown interest through an application, loan calculator, or borrowing estimate via our unique website service.
You become a central part of Krea’s Customer Success team and handle incoming customer calls and emails in the Finnish market.
Continuously following up with and contacting active business customers (borrowers) as well as our lenders.
Documenting potential improvement opportunities in customer flows and relevant information during customer interactions.
Regularly managing and maintaining customer data in our internal systems.
Answering any questions that may arise from the moment a customer has shown interest in financing or submitted an application until they have signed an agreement with a lender.
Proactively contacting customers to check whether the financing options we have presented are relevant to them or not.
Presenting customer feedback to the rest of the team in various ways.
Requirements
Be fluent in Finnish and English
Have a basic understanding of business economics
Come across as trustworthy on the phone and communicate well with all types of people
Have basic Excel skills
Be self-driven and have a proactive personality
Have a strong sense for sales and service
Be responsible and reliable
Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in B2B sales or customer support
A university degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, accounting or similar)
Previous experience in digital financing or niche banks
Swedish language skills is considered an advantage
