About this role
Role Overview
first point of contact for (prospective) SMB customers
provide comprehensive information about the benefits and possibilities of partnering with ProvenExpert
guide customers throughout the entire customer journey
respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels
support customers in successfully using the platform to manage their online reputation
handle concerns and feedback in a structured, solution-oriented and professional manner
work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Product Management, Marketing and Sales
develop tailored solutions based on individual requirements
Requirements
strong understanding of customer-focused communication
enthusiasm for actively communicating with customers across various channels
excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
initial experience in customer-facing roles, customer service, dialog marketing, sales or account management
experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage but not required
