Role Overview
- Own the performance and reliability of robots deployed across customer sites in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina
- Build strong working relationships with onsite maintenance teams
- Proactively manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Deploy new robotic systems and support remote troubleshooting efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in robotics, automation, industrial maintenance, or electromechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting capability across mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven customer-facing or field service experience
- Ability to operate independently across multiple sites
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including short-notice travel
