Develop innovative, data-driven consulting approaches and tailored solutions for our banking and financial services clients
Collaborate closely with our experts — business analysts, data scientists and software developers — both locally and globally
Responsible for independently acquiring client projects together with our sales team
Identify cross
and up-selling opportunities within ongoing client relationships and win new projects
Create business cases and derive recommendations for optimizations based on detailed process and data analyses
Ensure the successful delivery of complex consulting projects from planning through implementation
Lead overarching program management for large clients

Several years of professional/industry experience in a similar role within banking & financial services, preferably at a management consultancy or a comparable organization
Domain expertise in the financial sector in areas such as risk management, fraud detection, credit risk assessment, regulatory requirements (e.g. ESG), process optimization and digital transformation
Solid know-how in planning and executing complex projects, from proposal development to implementation
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, business-oriented approach
