Manage solar sites across the UK
Maintain collaborative relationships with EPC and O&M contractors
Build strong team relationships and maintain effective communication with client-owners and internal stakeholders
Monitor and analyse asset performance
Review and manage all SPV contracts
Develop and maintain compliance calendars
Support financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Facilitate transition from project to operational management
Assist Energy Sales team with FIT/ROC and regulatory compliance audits
Assist Portfolio Manager in preparation of reports

Strong understanding of UK and European renewable energy asset management
Familiarity with project management principles
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Proven experience in managing renewable energy or infrastructure assets
Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or related field
Professional certifications in asset management or project management are a bonus
