Improve supply chain operations by focusing on demand planning
Generate planning reports and forecast inventory needs
Maintain optimal stock levels nationwide through stock transfers
Track KPIs such as stock out %, actual stock vs planned stock
Support monthly SIOP process through strategic demand planning
Verify supplier bills and forward documentation for payment approval
Expedite freight and handle special freight requirements
Requirements
5+ years of working experience
Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Experience with Logility is a bonus
Experience with enterprise procurement and sourcing under very tight deadlines
Basic understanding of lean operating principles
Ability to perform basic financial picture of vendor proposals, supply chain costs, new project deployment ROI and payback periods
Strong understanding of supply chain cycle, Manufacturing, organization structures and key metrics required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Operations, Business Administration or other applicable fields.
