Partner closely with the Executive Pastor to provide vision, leadership, and long-term development for youth and young adult ministries
Focus on building healthy teams, raising up leaders, and providing Christ-centered discipleship for students and young adults
Provide hands-on leadership while helping create a unified pathway of spiritual growth from adolescence into adulthood
Assist in planning, leading, and evaluating youth and young adult gatherings
Teach or facilitate lessons and small groups (Sundays & Wednesdays)
Support weekly services, discipleship groups, and special events
Recruit, train, and encourage volunteer leaders
Build healthy relationships with students and young adults
Help design and implement retreats, outreach events, and mission-related activities
Provide communication, scheduling, and resource coordination
Assist with fundraising and budget recommendations for youth and young adult ministry initiatives
Participate in discipleship and leadership development
Participate in local, regional, and national personal/ministry development events.

Currently active and involved in a local church or ministry
Experience or strong interest in youth or young adult ministry
Passion for ministry in a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church
Must pass a California background check
Preferred: coursework or training in ministry or education
