Lead global and local cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality performance.
Facilitate high-level collaboration with senior management to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
Provide operational support during critical quality events, including major customer complaints and production disruptions.
Lead and inspire the Hanau-based quality assurance team, developing a culture of excellence.
Conduct internal and process audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance.
Define, monitor, and report on key quality performance indicators.

Master’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
Profound experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment (preferably chemical industry).
Proficient in advanced quality methodologies and standards (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma, A3, 8D).
Certified internal auditor for IATF/ISO TS 16949 and VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.
Deep understanding of OEM-specific requirements in the automotive sector (e.g., VDA, AIAG, Formula Q).
Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Solid business acumen with the ability to align technical decisions with economic impact.
Cultural sensitivity and ease in working with international teams.
Strong people leadership skills with proven track record on change management.
