Role Overview
- Partnering with business units to identify needs and guide digital transformation
- Leading projects and collaborating with Business Units and IT teams
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Planning, budgeting, and managing project scopes
- Identifying functional fits and synergies among different BUs
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital technologies
- Participating in specific business adoption and related change handling
- Translating business strategy into analytical roadmap
- Based in Hoboken, possible travel to other Umicore sites.
Requirements
- Master degree in field of IT/Business Economics with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Strong skills in creating and managing project and program plans
- Experience in leading projects in waterfall and Agile context
- Proven interest in the area of data Management
- Affinity with broad range of (digital) technologies
- Experience in end-to-end business process modeling and business process management
- Good overall knowledge of IT infrastructure & IT security concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, issue resolution, negotiation, and relationship management
- Clear communication skills in verbal, written and presentation formats.
