About this role
Role Overview
- Directly manage a team of associates and grow small to mid-size clients
- Lead outbound phone calls and virtual meetings with customers
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound email campaigns
- Leverage supply partner offerings to increase client participation
- Responsible for AAHOA/ Avendra relationship
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of hospitality and/or sales management experience
- Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
- Experience managing and growing business with clients of various sizes
- Preferred experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Teams, HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills in data and spend reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Hindi required
- Proficiency in Gujarati preferred
