Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs for an easy and memorable experience
Assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs
Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions
Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions
Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures
Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements
Ensure brand standards by performing housekeeping duties when necessary
Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for clients
Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, notify management of equipment malfunctions
Keep track of delivery time commitments to ensure compliance

1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
Valid ABO/NCLE and/or State license in the applicable State
High school diploma or equivalent required
Passionate about outstanding customer/patient care and eager to share that passion with others
Strong interest in learning, embracing and fostering innovation among your team
