Develop, configure, and maintain Workday and other HRIS systems to support HR processes and deliver scalable, high‑quality functionality
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through audits, monitoring, and effective management of integrations across platforms
Lead continuous improvement, automation, and enhancement initiatives — including mini‑projects and major programs such as job architecture, Workday payroll, and Workday scheduling, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex or business‑critical HRIS issues, acting as an escalation point and guiding offshore support teams when needed
Manage system changes, Workday releases, and configuration updates through structured change‑management processes to minimise risk
Collaborate closely with P&C portfolio teams, product owners, and technical leaders to understand requirements, prioritise work, and deliver aligned solutions
Provide expert technical support, documentation, and knowledge sharing to uplift internal capability across both onshore and offshore teams
Requirements
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday and broader HRIS applications, delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions
Workday HCM certified across key modules including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Integrations, Security, etc.
Extensive consulting experience supporting Workday HCM functions across diverse industries and multiple customers
Advanced technical capability in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and related technologies
Knowledge of complementary platforms such as iChris or Deputy is highly advantageous
Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable solutions
Strong collaborator, effective in cross‑functional environments with a commitment to accuracy, detail, and data integrity
Skilled in documenting and communicating technical concepts in a clear, concise, and accessible way
