Shape and drive strategic growth initiatives across the Securities Services value chain – connecting the product verticals Clearing, Custody, Securities Finance and Trade Repositories into integrated, client-centric solutions.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives by developing business cases, coordinating stakeholders across product verticals and Business Units (Exchanges, Financial Information and Banking Services) and supporting execution.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, client needs and partnership opportunities that impact and enhance SIX’s positioning as leading European Financial Market Infrastructure
Support strategic projects and M&A activities, including opportunity assessment, due diligence and integration preparation.
Develop management insights and communication materials – dashboards, presentations, and reports – to enable informed decisions and track progress on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Educational background in finance, economics or business administration with strong understanding of financial service industry and trends
A minimum of 3 years of experience in capital markets, financial market infrastructure or securities services, ideally in clearing, settlement, custody, securities finance incl. collateral management or trade repositories.
Relevant work experience in consulting, corporate strategy or investment banking is a plus
Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to translate complex market and business insights into actionable plans, combined with excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both internal management and external partners
Structured and proactive working style, comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across business lines, locations, and hierarchies
Fluent in English (both verbal & writing); German and/or Spanish as a plus.
