Responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth, primarily within the financial services industry.
Focus on generating new business for our Market and Trade Surveillance solution, expanding our market presence, and developing long-term client relationships.
Play a key role in Trapets’ continued growth and work closely with peers across Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be based at our head office in Stockholm.
Requirements
10 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably within complex technology solutions targeting companies within financial markets and trading services.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities from prospecting through to close.
Drive a solution-selling approach that aligns customer needs with Trapets’ offerings.
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels.
Demonstrated success in driving new business growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
Excellent presentation, product demonstration, and negotiation skills.
Ability to clearly articulate complex regulatory and technology concepts to senior decision-makers.
Solid understanding of structured enterprise sales processes and tools.
Experience with data-driven sales execution; training in MEDDICC, SPICED, or similar methodologies is a strong plus.
Good understanding of regulatory compliance, surveillance, and financial crime challenges within the financial markets and trading industry, enabling credible and value-driven positioning of our solutions.
