About this role

You will support our sales partners and customers in the practical use of our machines in the Netherlands and, on request, also in neighboring markets.
You troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate necessary repairs.
You provide support during machine operations and deliver technical training.
You conduct evaluations and assessments.
You handle warranty claims.

Practical agricultural experience in field cultivation and crop protection.
Experience in customer service, ideally in field service.
Technical experience and knowledge such as hydraulics, ISOBUS, tractor operation, and electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Completed technical training, preferably in agricultural machinery technology, mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Valid driving licence (car).
In addition to Dutch, proficiency in German or English, both written and spoken.
Strong self-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure; reliable, responsible, and committed.
