Support the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and credentials decks in alignment with brand guidelines
Coordinate internal and external events, including seminars, sponsorships, client luncheons, and staff engagement activities
Maintain and update the firm’s website, social media channels, and online presence to ensure consistent messaging and engagement
Assist in drafting content for press releases, email campaigns etc.
Support the production of multimedia content such as videos, adverts, and visuals for campaigns and social media
Produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and so on
Track and report marketing and social media performance metrics
Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or relevant work experience
Fresh graduates are welcome
Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, B2B marketing, and communications; experience in a professional services firm is an advantage
Ability to drive execution, optimize resources, and develop innovative solutions
Proficiency in internet knowledge and usage is preferable
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good communication skills and strong presentation skills
Creative thinking, positive attitude, and able to work under tight deadlines
Proactive and able to show ideas to constantly improve campaign performance
