About this role
Role Overview
- Support program and advancement staff across the Africa and Europe region.
- Manage regional community of practice scheduling and meeting follow up.
- Support regional speaker trainings.
- Intranet site management and development.
- Improvement of processes.
- Ad hoc creative assignments such as writing, copyediting, and graphic design.
- Participate in departmental and general IJM administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
- Experience in project management or process implementation.
- Experience with intranet site management.
- Graphic design skills a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
