Participate in the implementation of communication activities across multiple UTMB World Series events in France and Switzerland, addressing different audiences and priorities depending on the races (runners, communities, media, partners).
Contribute to the CRM action plan: take part in CRM planning and the setup of email campaigns: target community segments (runners, opt-ins, etc.), build customer journey maps, create templates, and schedule sends.
Publish campaigns by language and geographic area.
Prepare campaign reports and monitor KPIs.
Share improvement suggestions with the team.
Conduct daily monitoring to identify best practices.
Regularly update website content and propose improvements to user experience, site structure, and design.
Apply SEO techniques to improve content visibility and search ranking.
Use analytics tools to measure the impact of published content and adjust strategies accordingly.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and assessments on communication activities.
Perform competitive monitoring.
Conduct various benchmarks (newsletters, websites, videos, etc.) to stay aligned with market trends.
Support communications and media activities during events.
Assist media and communications teams on-site at events.
Attend 2 to 4 events per year.
Requirements
Advanced degree in communications, marketing, or business school (Master’s level or equivalent).
Strong understanding and command of communication challenges (target audiences, channels, CRM tools, etc.).
Excellent written French skills, essential for drafting content (emails, websites, communication materials).
Good command of digital tools and a capacity for innovation.
Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with race organizers and external providers involved in UTMB Group communications.
Rigour, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to structure and advance multiple projects in parallel.
Knowledge of the sports sector, particularly outdoor and trail running, is a plus.
