Work with a team of transaction advisory professionals and other advisory functions to execute due diligence and other transaction related advisory projects
Identify historical financial trends, quality of earnings, financial performance, and potential risks
Develop financial analysis on investment target and perform research to highlight deal related issues and suggest solutions
Produce quality tailor made deliverables to assist clients in deal structuring and negotiation
Build and maintain client relationships before, during and after engagements and propose steps in improving client’s network and relationship
Coach and supervise junior team members to prepare and deliver high quality transaction reports in accordance with relevant international standards and/or financial reporting standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or economics
CFA, CPA, FMVA, etc. qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in valuation in an accounting/professional services firm
Experience in Financial Due Diligence, financial advisory, and/or Audit & Assurance with global accounting firm will be an advantage
Seasoned user on research/technical tools such as S&P CIQ, Mergermarket, Bloomberg
Familiar with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS
Resourceful, self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
