Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer P&L, and key business KPIs to ensure delivery of volume, price, mix, and profitability targets
Manage daily relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent collaboration and flawless execution of assortment, visibility, promos, and in-store activities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding customer coverage and driving sustainable growth
Lead portfolio and promotional activities, including NPD launches and in/outs management, ensuring strong brand positioning and optimal distribution
Prepare and support annual negotiations, aligning business plans and commercial conditions with the Bolton Serbia strategy
Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to strengthen pricing, distribution, and brand presence
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of the business agenda and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of experience in international FMCG companies, retail chains, distributors, wholesalers
Very good understanding of numbers and gift for the accuracy
Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent presentation and communication abilities
Results-driven mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Hand-on mentality, problem solving and team spirit
High ethical standards and strong personal integrity
