Provide holistic case management services to CLA SoCal legal services clients.
Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and develop individualized case plans based on client needs.
Maintain regular contact with clients, providing emotional support during legal proceedings and brief crisis intervention as needed.
Build and maintain rapport with clients, legal teams, and community partners, providing trauma-informed guidance and consultation.
Identify gaps in community services, contribute to service development, and evaluate the availability and effectiveness of supportive services.
Provide case management perspective trauma responsive education to the legal team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Spanish Bilingual proficiency – Required.
Two years’ experience as a case manager or social worker
Preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, active insurance policy or other ability to travel frequently in and around the service area for representation and to engage with clients and community partners
Required.
Strong technical skills; including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
