Manage business operations and optimize KPIs
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, budgeting, reporting, liquidity and investment planning
Manage procurement requests, cash flow and payments (accounts payable, payroll), contract drafting
Ensure smooth operation of commercial processes in close coordination with executive management
Analyze optimization potential and implement improvements together with staff
Lead, motivate and develop the 5 employees in Finance and Office Management
Report to the local management team and the corporate headquarters
Serve as a sparring partner to the executive management
Point of contact for compliance matters, external stakeholders (auditors, lawyers and tax advisors) and member of the local management team

Degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification, ideally with a focus on finance or controlling
Solid professional experience in controlling/finance
Initial leadership experience desirable
Good knowledge of finance, controlling and SAP (FI/CO), and ideally initial experience with MIRAS/Hyperion
Experience in preparing and producing annual financial statements
Professional and customer-oriented demeanor, strong communication and presentation skills, commitment and social skills
Clear analytical thinking and the ability to keep goals in focus, combined with a strong affinity for digital processes
Good German and English skills and a confident command of common MS Office applications
