About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for service delivery of calibration jobs
Sales prospecting from existing and new customers to grow business
Develop and maintain an effective network of customers
Ensure customer satisfaction expectations are exceeded
Responsible for the account management of calibration business in aerospace sectors
Handle customer calls, RFQ, quotations, PO processing for in-house and subcon jobs
Main POC to all calibration and distribution partners including subcontractors
Upsell ICC services and products to existing customers
Notify customers on items that are due for calibration and prompt re-calibration service
Provide timely report of forecast and secured orders to Head, Customer Success
Requirements
Knowledge in Electronics / Engineering or a related field
Good knowledge in the test and measurement industry
Preferably 5 years of proven track record in sales or marketing
Experience in complex solutions and systems sales
Sales negotiation and selling of complex intangibles to large global organizations
Technical background and/or Services background to support customer requirement
Self-starter and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
