Vice President of Originations – Multifamily Investments

Role Overview

• Sustain and preserve relationships with existing network of developers, brokers, and construction lenders.
• Create and develop new relationships with developers, brokers, and construction lenders.
• Source new construction/ground up multifamily investment opportunities with no geographic restrictions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities to expose strengths and weaknesses.
• Assist in the closing process of multiple investment opportunities simultaneously.
• Monitor and assist in the ongoing asset management needs of closed investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field** required**.
• You have experience originating or structuring ground-up multifamily construction capital.
• You have experience sourcing and securing preferred equity investment opportunities, specifically multifamily ground up construction.
• You have experience across stretch senior construction lending, specifically for multifamily ground up construction.
• You are or have been a Director or Vice President at a multifamily real estate investment group.
• You have worked for a top construction preferred equity or stretch senior / construction-focused group.
• You have five to ten years of experience in multifamily real estate finance or investments.
• You have a experience underwriting preferred equity or stretch senior construction strategies.
