Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments and change orders.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on construction projects and design initiatives.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by establishing standards, monitoring contractor performance, and resolving noncompliance issues.
Manage complex construction projects, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and representing the company with public officials.
Collaborate with facility management to minimize operational impact and ensure timely project milestones.
Monitor construction quality, material procurement, and issue resolution through project completion and warranty periods.
Develop business strategies, analyze costs, and promote continuous improvement and talent development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 5 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 7 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
Extensive experience managing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
Proven leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of construction compliance, quality management, and regulatory standards.
Expertise in risk management and resolving project conflicts to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with operational goals.
Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project execution.
