Identifying and securing new partnerships for TerraCycle through proactive outreach as well as managing ongoing prospect relationships primarily through email, video-calls, phone, in-person meetings and events
Support on building custom sales decks and presentations using PowerPoint/Google-slides
Building industry ecosystems and adding to our outreach strategy and efforts
Independently writing and sending personalized outreach messages in a creative way (primarily via LinkedIn and email)
Carrying out continuous follow-up of prospective clients and managing the sales pipeline
Effectively using the CRM to record notes and report on progress of deals in your pipeline
Support on contract drafting and contract negotiations
Requirements
Entry level sales role, 1-3 years of sales, account management, marketing or consulting experience preferred
A drive to exceed sales targets and close deals
Strategic and thoughtful approach to Business Development and client interactions
Highly organised with CRM, emails and documents with the ability to manage your time effectively
Excellent ability to create customised client-facing decks and presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides
Excellent writing and communication skills needed with keen attention to detail to be able to interact with mid to senior-level prospective clients
Client-facing experience negotiating and closing business opportunities preferred
A bachelor’s degree in any field of study is a plus
