Develop and support technical routines focused on automation, data manipulation, queries, scripts and connections between tools.
Support the creation, organization and maintenance of relationship journeys, segmentations, communication cadences and automated workflows.
Structure databases, validate data, identify inconsistencies and improve the quality of information used in marketing operations.
Produce analyses and diagnostics from campaign, CRM, funnel and user behavior data, turning numbers into practical recommendations.
Work closely with media, strategy, creative and technology teams to enable smarter, scalable and data-driven deliveries.
Propose process improvements, automations and better use of tools to increase efficiency, speed and the analytical capacity of the operation.
Requirements
Strong background in STEM, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related fields.
Someone who enjoys programming, logic, data structuring and problem solving, and who has a real interest in applying these skills in the context of digital marketing and CRM.
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automations, integrations or development of technical routines.
Knowledge of SQL, queries, data cleaning and working with structured databases.
Familiarity with Excel, dashboards and data visualization/analysis tools.
Interest or experience in marketing CRM, marketing automation, segmentation, journeys, campaigns and measurement.
Strong analytical ability to transform scattered data into clear, useful and actionable insights.
Organization, logical reasoning and attention to detail to operate across multiple tools and workflows.
Good communication skills to translate technical topics into business
and marketing-relevant discussions.
