Partner with Marketing, Data Science and Finance teams to design and implement robust campaign and performance measurement frameworks
Conduct structured experiments to optimise marketing spend, improve ROI, and direct strategic planning
Work closely with MarTech / CRM to establish and measure propensity scoring, churn prediction and lifecycle initiatives
Become the go-to-person for Marketing stakeholders when it comes to data related questions and measurement strategy
Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop actionable dashboards in ThoughtSpot & Databricks
Support target-setting processes
Advocate for, and educate the marketing team on best Business Intelligence practices

4+ years of experience within the Marketing Analytics, or BI field
Proven experience in marketing budget allocation, target optimisation and attribution modeling
Strong analytical skills
you’re comfortable exploring large datasets, building clear narratives with data, and applying statistical reasoning to business problems
Proven proficiency in SQL for data analysis, (Python or statistical tools e.g., Pandas, is a plus)
Strong experience in building clean and meaningful dashboards in data visualization tools like ThoughtSpot
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
