Develop and generate complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using the UKG Pro platform and other data analysis and visualization tools.
Collaborate with HR and other programs across the agency to understand data needs and requirements.
Manage and maintain the integrity of HR data within the UKG platform through data audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on data entry, system functionalities, and best practices.
Assist with HRIS implementations, customizations, upgrades, and other HRIS related projects.
Develop and maintain data and reporting documentation.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and optimize system functionality.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting technology.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree and 1 year of applicable work experience OR 2 years of applicable work experience.
At least 2 years of experience required analyzing datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker Analytics, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel functions and formulas (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
2 years of experience required in data analysis and reporting.
At least 21 years of age.
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Preferred: Experience using UKG (formerly UltiPro & Kronos) preferred.
Experience with HRIS implementations or system upgrades preferred.
Bachelor’s degree, coursework, or experience in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related preferred.
