Acquire the knowledge required for day-to-day work as a Customer Care Specialist during the onboarding/training program.
Handle written customer inquiries in the back office (e.g., cancellations, rebookings, flight schedule changes).
Focus on delivering high-quality advice and support for ancillary products.
Assist with baggage regulations, seat assignments, boarding times, etc.
Support the 1st-level support/front office with follow-up questions.
Independently manage goodwill cases and customer complaints.

Professional experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or similar service roles.
Ideally, experience in the travel/tourism industry.
Enjoy interacting with people and demonstrate a strong customer focus.
Enjoy advisory conversations and communicate empathetically and professionally.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Very good German and good English language skills.
Proficient with PCs, the internet, and MS Office.
