Lead a broad, multi‑stream improvement programme spanning procurement, shared services, month end, general accounting, payroll, reporting, planning cycles and process automation
Influence senior decision‑makers while also staying close to the people doing the work, ensuring changes land well and stay embedded
Own delivery, governance and prioritisation, with the freedom to shape standards, uplift documentation and drive cross‑site alignment
Requirements
A relevant degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, IT or project management, with additional qualifications an advantage
Hands‑on experience improving finance processes and leading transformation projects across areas like month end, reporting, payroll, or shared services
Exposure to a variety of ERP environments and an understanding of how to set an implementation up for success.
