Trainee – Influencer Marketing

Role Overview

• You will be gradually integrated into the operational work around influencer campaigns, sales and client support, taking responsibility for your own campaigns and clients.
• You will accompany projects from initial alignment through to execution and learn how successful collaborations are structured and managed.
• Proactively approach brands and pitch suitable influencers and collaboration concepts.
• Conduct email and Zoom meetings with clients and influencers.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables and contractual terms.
• Coordinate and manage the collaboration between brands and influencers.
• Work in the sales area and maintain projects in the CRM system in a structured way.
• Provide social media support as part of campaigns (e.g., content creation, contests, approvals).
• Organize and document your projects using various tools.
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media and digital business models.
• Enjoy communicating, working in sales and engaging with people.
• Motivation to develop both personally and professionally.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Reliability, commitment and an open, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to actively contribute and take on responsibility.
• Basic English skills to communicate with international partners.
• Previous experience in marketing, influencer management or sales is a plus but not required.
