About this role

Provides executive clinical leadership and oversight for all HSPRS services
Ensures full compliance with HSPRS, ORR, and Rite of Passage (ROP) policies and applicable regulations
Responsible for overseeing clinically complex and high‑acuity cases through comprehensive risk assessment
Determines appropriate service intensity (Levels 1, 2, and 3)
Allocates clinical resources and guides Regional Supervisors in treatment planning and intervention strategies
Delivers advanced clinical consultation and strategic oversight for high‑risk cases, critical incidents, and crisis situations
Monitors quality of care through routine chart audits and evaluation of treatment effectiveness
Collaborates on professional development initiatives for the clinical team

Masters or better in Social Work or related field
5 years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures
Extensive knowledge of multiple state childcare regulations
Must meet the requirements to be an eligible driver
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
