Serve as a co-pilot to local management, transforming financial data into actionable business insights
Ensure local operations align with corporate objectives, supporting sustainable business performance
Act as the primary contact for all financial matters
Coordinate with functional experts and shared service teams to deliver high-quality support
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare monthly liquidity forecasts and assess funding needs
Monitor key business risks and support mitigation efforts
Implement corporate policies and ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
Oversee quarterly and year-end closings and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting

Several years of professional finance experience in an international environment or fundamental financial audit background
Very good and in-depth understanding of operational finance, particularly managing networking capital, investment and finance cashflow
Profound knowledge of IFRS and HGB, and familiarity with operational tax matters
Excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
Good user knowledge of SAP FI; other ERP systems and/or SAP S4 Hana skills are an asset
Strong stakeholder management skills (preferably in a business partner capacity)
Willingness to travel (about 25%)
Excellent customer service attitude
