First point of contact for existing and new customers for all reybex products
Support of existing customers and responsibility for onboarding new customers
Handling customer inquiries and providing 1st
and 2nd-level support
Act as the interface between customers, the development team and product management
Coordinate and conduct webinars and training sessions
Create FAQs, documentation and help videos, and optimize self-service options
Requirements
You have successfully completed a technical or business degree, e.g. Business Informatics / Computer Science, and demonstrate broad know-how across the entire value chain (procurement, materials management, CRM/sales)
Ideally, you have initial professional experience as an ERP consultant/developer or have acquired ERP knowledge in a responsible position
You bring a strong process understanding of medium-sized companies as well as excellent methodological skills (presentation and moderation)
Good SQL and programming skills
Fluent German and English language skills
