Ensure full compliance with departmental processes, reducing incidents and risks through proactive analysis, accurate impact assessment, and support for development changes
Identify and manage operational risks, mitigate short‑term while driving long‑term, sustainable resolutions
Lead DevOps engineering within a cross‑functional development pod, ensuring the platform is resilient, scalable, secure, and fully automated
Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, applying modern DevOps and GitOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed
Build and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management tools, driving an automation‑first culture and run the platform
Mentor and provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers.
Requirements
Demonstrated AWS and Kubernetes expertise
Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible), and scripting (Bash/Python)
Ability to compose solutions for complex systems and guide teams on deployment best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with modern tooling (DataDog, GitLab, ServiceNow), networking diagnostics, and Agile practices
AWS certifications and financial services background.
