Role Overview
- Work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality.
- Perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues.
- Partner with software engineers to produce and roll out fixes.
- Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company.
- Work in an agile operations framework, balancing sprint-based work with daily operational needs.
- Participate in on-call rotation with 12 hours shifts.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure building and running production workloads.
- Production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expert in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Programming skills in C# and .NET.
- Solid experience with observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
- Developed SLOs for SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
- Designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems.
