About this role
Role Overview
- Support the development and submission of proposals and tender packages
- Coordinate inputs, consolidating content from multiple contributors
- Ensure final documents meet required formats and deadlines
- Format content in Microsoft Word, coordinate edits, and maintain master files
- Assemble supporting documents and ensure final package is complete, polished, and submitted on time
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Experience consolidating sections and/or documents developed by others into a required tender/proposal format (preferred)
- Experience maintaining master document sets and version control (preferred)
- Interest in a related field (environment, engineering, or construction) (preferred)
