Own full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades across multiple projects/regions (requisitions, intake, sourcing, screening)
Build diverse pipelines through proactive outreach: job boards, social media, referral programs, community partners, trade schools, veterans’ networks, and hiring events
Run weekly manpower syncs with Superintendents/PMs; translate schedules into recruiting plans and SLAs
Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in days; manage onsite interviews and skills assessments as needed
