Work closely with local Private Wealth teams to plan & execute launch campaigns, marketing materials, and educational programs for each new partnership or product launch.
Develop ongoing marketing programs with distribution partners to elevate the Partners Group brand and product.
Manage internal events, partnership events and industry conferences
speaker briefing & presentation preparation, production of respective collaterals, preparation & leveraging of local lead-generation opportunities, pre-& post-event promotion through owned channels (email & LinkedIn).
Work closely with the APAC & EMEA marketing team and adapt suitable global content for digital outreach to the Japanese market (language, style, etc.), review & approval process management, publishing, promotion and performance tracking & management.
Create regionalized or distribution partner specific campaign content and own the regional content outreach calendar.
Create and manage the regional email outreach program: data selection and distribution list set-up, email template set-up, testing & deployment, and performance tracking & management.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar B2B environment
Strong academic credentials with a degree in communications, marketing, journalism or business administration
Strong Japanese and English language skills with proven experience in translating marketing campaigns and content for the Japanese market
Proven track record of successfully executing relationship marketing measures, events and campaigns
Advanced PowerPoint skills, and the ability to produce convincing and visually appealing presentations from complex materials for both in person presentations and large-scale events
Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices and time zones
Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload and multiple projects on sensitive timelines.
