Investment due diligence including review of diligence reports, interviewing industry experts and attending management meetings
Financial analysis including detailed LBO modelling and scenario testing
Preparation of investment memoranda and participation in Investment Committee discussions
Portfolio management activities including monitoring of portfolio asset performance and assessing waiver and amendment requests
Assist senior investment team members in building relationships with sponsors and other external parties
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a buyside investment role (private credit / private equity), debt advisory, management consulting, investment banking (leveraged finance, M&A) or transaction services
A passion for and commitment to investing in mid-market companies
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop close relationships with industry participants over time
Proficient in Excel, with demonstrated ability to build and develop LBO models
Excellent academic record with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university or equivalent institution
