About this role
Role Overview
Demonstrate proficiency in key account management skills, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account penetration, planning, mapping, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Identify, develop, and close opportunities within accounts in the South region of Germany.
Manage and enhance customer relationships of customers within the Germany South Region, coordinating activities between Huawei and the customer.
Understand and respond effectively to customer needs, while identifying new business opportunities within the vertical.
Promote the entire range of Huawei Enterprise Solutions (mainly IP Network & Storage).
Implementation of business plans, focusing on the successful penetration of new markets.
Provide insights on competitive offerings, prospect needs, and contribute ideas for the development of product and solutions portfolios.
Take ownership of the sales and marketing functions for the Key Account, ensuring effective strategies and execution.
Drive initiatives to increase revenue and profit, aligning with the Company's ambitious growth targets.
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation within the team.
Acquire extensive industry and Huawei Enterprise hard skills knowledge.
Attend industry events, technology forums, and industry presentations to enhance the company's market presence.
Collaborate and provide technical leadership in tandem with the direction of solution managers.
Provide valuable customer and market insights and feedback.
Ensure proper handover and leverage organizational resources such as Presales, Services, and Channel teams.
Collaborate with the team, ensuring individual targets align with overall team objectives.
Requirements
Preferably more than 6 years in ICT account sales experience.
Experience in working with key account customers, including C-level, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams.
In-depth knowledge of the local market.
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Fluency in German and English.
Eligible to work within the EU.
