About this role
Role Overview
Define and implement a strategic plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers to strengthen the brand image.
Use the CRM to manage commercial opportunities effectively.
Stay informed about products, technologies and competitor trends.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations and provide technical after-sales support.
Identify customer needs and prospect for new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Production) to ensure fast, high-quality service.
Contribute to product innovation by collecting clinicians' feedback and proposing ideas.
Work with marketing to develop strategies and promotional materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant analyses.
Attend dental trade shows and academic events to promote products.
Travel nationally (train/plane) up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Availability to travel up to 50%.
Proficiency with CRM tools and commercial systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and handle situations with tact and confidence.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
