About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Define and implement a strategic plan to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Develop and maintain trustful relationships with customers to strengthen brand image.
Use CRM to effectively manage business opportunities.
Stay informed about products, technologies, and competitive trends.
Carry out product presentations and demonstrations, and ensure after-sales technical support.
Identify customer needs and prospect for new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Production) to ensure fast and high-quality service.
Contribute to product innovation by gathering clinician feedback and proposing ideas.
Work with marketing to develop strategies and promotional materials.
Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to provide relevant analysis.
Participate in dental fairs and academic events to promote products.
Travel nationally (train/airplane) up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Availability to travel up to 50%.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales systems.
Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
