Role Overview
- Lead UX/UI design for mobile apps and web platform
- Prototype fast and iteratively
- Make design decisions based on user insights and product data
- Advocate for users in product decisions
- Shape and evolve visual language across mobile and web
- Work closely with engineering for successful shipping of designs
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products, at least 2 as a Senior
- Strong portfolio of shipped mobile experiences
- Experience with Expo/React Native and AI tools
- You think in interactions, not mockups
- Data-informed decision making
- Fluent English; German is a meaningful plus
